Section 86
(1)
If the Authority is satisfied that any licence issued by it is lost, destroyed or defaced, the Authority may, on payment of a fee of $10, issue a replacement licence.
(2)
No replacement licence shall be issued in place of a defaced licence unless the defaced licence is surrendered to the Authority for cancellation.
