Section 82

It is a condition of every licence that any owner or user of electrical, electronic or radio-communication equipment under the licence causing or suspected of causing electrical or radiated interference or disturbance to telecommunication equipment, stations, networks or systems belonging to, authorised or approved by the Authority shall permit any officer authorised by the Authority to inspect his radio-communication equipment in order to determine whether the interference is in fact caused by the equipment.
