Section 81
(1)
The provisions of the International Telecommunication Convention shall, so far as they are applicable, apply to any radio-communication equipment established or operated in Brunei Darussalam and to any message transmitted or received by such radio-communication equipment.
(2)
The Authority may, in its discretion, waive the application of any of the provisions referred to in sub-regulation (1) to any radio-communication equipment or message.
