Section 54
[1)
of Telecommunications (Radio-Communication) Regulations, 2013
A radio-communication equipment on board any vessel in the waters of
Brunei Darussalam shall be operated in such manner as not to impair or interfere with-
(a)
any Armed Forces Communication; or
(b)
the efficient and convenient working of any other radio-communication equipment, or telecommunication system or service in
Brunei Darussalam authorised by the Authority under the Order or these
Regulations.
(2)
A radio-communication equipment on board any vessel shall not be used if the crew of the vessel observes, or when the crew lias been informed by the Authority, that the working of the radio-communication equipment causes interference to radio-communication.
