Section 53
A Ship Apparatus licensee shall -
1961
(a)
provide on board the vessel all documents either considered necessary by the Authority or required under the Radio Regulations for the efficient operation of the radio-communication equipment carried on board the vessel; and
(b)
comply with the working procedures set out in the Radio
Regulations and with such other requirements as the Authority may determine.
Radio-communication equipment not to cause interference.
