The Authority may prepare and publish radio frequency band plans in any form, electronic or otherwise, as it considers appropriate relating to one or more radio frequency bands.

A radio frequency band plan shall-

(a}

be consistent with the use of the radio frequency bands specified in the radio spectrum plan;

{b}

conform with any applicable radio frequency band allocation plans made pursuant to any agreement, treaty or convention which is binding on

Brunei Darussalam;

(c}

specify the purpose for which the radio frequency band may be used, including the reservation for future use and for the prevention or control of interference to radio-communication; and

(d}

include such other matters as the Authority considers necessary to give the full effect to the radio frequency band plans.
