Section 25

A licence, other than a class licence, shall only be granted by the Authority to-fa)

a citizen of Brunei Darussalam or permanent resident;

{b) a business registered under the Business Names Act !Chapter 92);

{c) a company incorporated under the Companies Act !Chapter 39); or fdJ such other person as the Authority considers appropriate.

Licensee not exempted from other written laws.
