Section 24
(1)
Subject to such privilege conferred by section 3 and exemption under section 36, a radio-communication equipment shall not be possessed, established, installed, maintained, provided or operated by any person otherwise than as authorised by -
(a)
an apparatus (spectrum) licence;

an apparatus licence; or
{c)
a class licence.
(2)
An application for, and renewal of, a licence shall be made in such form and manner as the Authority may determine and supported by such information as the Authority may require.

A licence shall be-fa)
subject to such conditions as the Authority may determine; and fbJ valid for such period as the Authority may determine, unless it is cancelled, suspended or reduced in duration in accordance with the provisions of the Order or these Regulations.
