Section 35

Where a takaful operator issues a family takaful certificate which provides that proof of age of the participant is a condition precedent to the payment of the sum, the takaful operator shall, unless the age of the participant has already been admitted by the takaful operator, issue on or with the certificate a printed notice stating that proof of age of the participant will be required prior to the payment of the said sum.
