Section 138

Any person who abets the commission of qatlul-’amd under section 126(1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 25 years or both.

Any person who abets the commission of qatlul-’amd under section 126(2) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $60,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years or both.
