Section 60

Any society registered or exempted from registration under the provisions of this Act shall, within one year from 4th January 2005, being the date of commencement of this Act, or within such extended period, not being more than 3 months, as the Registrar may allow, alter its constitution or rules to contain provisions of all matters set out in the Second Schedule.
