Section 57

Every summons, notice or other document issued under this Act or under any regulations made thereunder shall be deemed to have been validly and effectually served if served on or left with the person intended to be served or, in case he cannot be found, if left at his last known place of residence or business, by any person authorised in that behalf by the

Registrar or, in the case of service of a notice or order on the society, by sending such notice or order by registered post to the registered address of such society.
