Section 15

If the registration of a society has been cancelled under sections 13(1)(b) or 13(1)(c)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv) or (v) or under section 24, any office-bearer thereof who after the date of such cancellation becomes or after the expiry of 30 days from such date continues to remain, an office-bearer of any other society without the approval in writing of the Registrar, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $15,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or both.

Except where the registration of a registered society has been cancelled under section 13(1)(b), the restriction imposed on any office-bearer under subsection (1) shall cease upon the expiry of a period of 5 years beginning from the date of such cancellation.
