Section 13
(1)
The Authority shall publish a list of prospectuses that it has approved over the previous 12 months.
(2)
The list shall specify how a prospectus is made available and where it can be obtained, including, if applicable, a hyperlink to the prospectus published on the website of the issuer and it must be possible for investors to download and print the prospectus.
