(1)
Information may be incorporated in the prospectus by reference to one or more previously or simultaneously published documents, approved by or filed with the Authority. This information shall be the latest available to the issuer.
(2)
The summary note must not incorporate information by reference.
(3)
When information is incorporated by reference, a cross-reference list must be provided in order to enable investors to easily identify specific items of information.
