Register of personal property security

Section 7
(1)
The Registrar shall keep and maintain a register of personal property security.
(2)
The register shall —
(a)
be an electronic register; and
(b)
operated at all times, unless the Registrar suspends the operation in accordance with section 9.
(3)
Any record of a particular or other matter made by using a computer for the purpose of keeping the register is taken to be an entry in the register.
