Section 25
The owner or master of every harbour or pleasure craft shall keep the harbour or pleasure craft in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.

(1)
No harbour or pleasure craft licenced under these Regula
nons shall be used for purpose other than that stated in the licence.
(2)
No owner or master of a harbour or pleasure craft shall cause
Co, permit the harbour or pleasure craft to ply or operate beyond the area specified in the licence without the prior permission of the Direc
tor.
