Section 22
(1)
No owner or master of a harbour or pleasure craft shall cause or permit the harbour or pleasure craft to be so altered as not to cor
respond with the particulars relating to her tonnage or description contained in the register without the prior written permission of the
Director.
(2)
The owner or master shall, immediately upon an alteration as is referred to in paragraph (1) being made, produce the harbour or pleasure craft and the licence for inspection by the Director.
