Section 33

communicates with or gives intelligence to the enemy;

fails to make known to the proper authorities any information received by him from the enemy;

provides the enemy with supplies of any description;

gives any false signal, or alters or interferes with any signal or apparatus for giving a signal;

having been captured by the enemy, serves with, or helps the enemy in any other way whatsoever not authorised by international usage; or

harbours or protects an enemy not being a prisoner of war, shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable, if the offence is committed with intent to assist the enemy, to suffer death or any less punishment provided by this Act, and in any other case, to imprisonment or any less punishment so provided.
