Section 81

All cash vouchers, cheques and receipt forms on the reverse of cheques shall be stamped with the appropriate stamp duty unless ex-empted from stamp duty by law. A document shall not be deemed to have been properly stamped unless the stamps affixed thereto have been cancelled in such manner as will reasonably ensure the im-possibility of their re-use on other documents.
