Section 601

When an officer is about to vacate furnished quarters in his char:ge he shall inform the Furniture Officer who shall check the fur-niture on charge and shall certify the outgoing occupant's copy of the inventory accordingly. The Furniture Officer shall then take full responsibility for that furniture and shall secure it accordingly.

General or any officer deputed by him has access to all accounting records.
