Controlling Officers responsible for ''Other Charges Special Ex-t penditure'' shall periodically review each item of such expenditure in ·

order to ascertain whether the sums voted are sufficient to enable the individual works or services to be completed. In those cases where the provision is expected to be insufficient an immediate application for 4

additional provision shall be made to the State Financial Officer.
