Board shall satisfy itself that the balance on hand/ plus paid vouchers entered in the Imprest Cash Book but not yet reimbursed to the Im-prest Holder I equals the authorised Imp rest. The Borad shall also satisfy itself that the terms of the Imprest are being observed.
