Section 146

A list of deposits which remain unclaimed on the expiry of a period of five years after the due date of repayment shall be posted in a prominent place at the office where deposits were made I and shall also be published in three successive issues of the Brunei Government

Gazette. One month after the. publication of the third notice such deposits shall be transferred by Journal Voucher to the credit of

Miscellaneous Revenue.
