Section 52
There shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Government from a licensee the amount of any fees, levies or charges payable under section 15 and any remuneration and expenses payable by the licensee to the Authority or to any person appointed or authorised by the Authority under this Order to assist him in the control of and the carrying on of the business of the licensee.
