Section 50
(1)
The Authority may authorise or appoint any persons to assist in the exercise of his functions under this Order, either generally or in any particular case.
(2)
The Authority and any persons appointed under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code (Chapter 22).
