Section 4
Subject to section 3(3), any person who wilfully contravenes section 3(1) or (2) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars or both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for everyday on which the contravention continues after conviction.
