Section 1
(1)
This Order may be cited as Registered Agents and Trustees Licensing Order,
2000 and shall commence on a day to be appointed by the Authority, with the approval of His
Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notice in the Gazette.
(2)
The long title of this Order is “An Order to provide for the licensing, regulation and control of the business of providing representative, trust, fiduciary and management services for international companies, international partnerships and international trusts, and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto”.
