Section 32

Any person whose licence has been revoked shall forthwith cease to carry on the business to which the licence related, save insofar as (and to such extent and for such duration as) the Authority may by prior authorisation in writing specify for the purpose only of enabling the licensee to wind up the affairs of the business to which the revoked licence related.
