Section 20
Subject to section 21, any person who contravenes sections 17 or 18 shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand dollars and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for every day on which the contravention continues after conviction.
Unwitting contravention excused.
