Section 19

In any case to which section 18 applies, the Authority may consider whether the criteria set forth in sections 9(2) and (3) have been materially adversely affected or whether relevant circumstances under section 26(1) have arisen. In the event that the Authority determines that such criteria have been so materially adversely affected, or such relevant circumstances have arisen, the Authority may revoke or suspend the licence or exercise his powers under section 26.
