Any person who obstructs, hinders, resists or deceives any authorised officer or IAEA inspector who is exercising any function contemplated, or any power provided for, in this Act is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or both.
