Maintenance of records etc.

Section 16
(1)
Every licensee, and every person who has been granted any approval by the Authority under this Act, shall -
(a)
keep and maintain such records in such form and manner, and containing such information, as may be required by the Authority; and
(b)
prepare and give to the Authority such periodic reports and such special reports relating to the activity licensed or approved as may be required by Authority.

(2)
Any person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes subsection (I) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1 0,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or both.
