Section 93
Any person who, without lawful authority or excuse, proof whereof shall lie on him —
(a)
does or omits to do anything which under this
Act or any regulations made thereunder he ought not to do or omit to do; or
(b)
obstructs, or impedes, or assists in obstructing or impeding, any inspector or other officer appointed under this Act or any police officer in the execution of this Act or of any regulation made thereunder, shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
