(2)
Such measures and any regulations made to give effect thereto shall be published in the Gazette.
(3)
Any person residing in such local area shall undergo such medical examination, vaccination, and disinfection as the health officer may direct. The health officer may place any person in such local area under observation in a place decided upon by him or under surveillance as he may think necessary.

Any person who wilfully neglects or refuses to carry out or obstructs the execution of any regulation or order made under this section shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of $1,000.
