Section 10
Every police officer or penghulu becoming aware of the occurrence of any infectious disease shall immediately take precautions to prevent any person not authorised in writing by the health officer from leaving or entering any building in which such disease has occurred or from removing any furniture, bedding, clothing or other articles therefrom.
