Section 15
(1)
The Minister may, by notification published in the Gazette, prohibit after the date therein mentioned the importation, advertisement or sale of any appliance which is, in the opinion of the Minister, injurious to life or health.
(2)
No person shall import, advertise or sell any appliance in contravention of any notification referred to in subsection (1).
(3)
Any person who contravenes subsection (2) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine, imprisonment for 5 years or both.
