Section 14

When any person is convicted of an offence against this Act, the court may order that all fees and other expenses incidental to the analysis of any food or appliance in respect of which the conviction was obtained, and any other reasonable expenses incurred by the prosecution, shall be paid by the person convicted.

All such fees and expenses shall be recoverable in the same manner as a fine is recoverable.
