Section 36
(1)
Where an infant is sole executor of any deceased person, administration with the will annexed shall be granted to the guardian of such infant, or to such other person as the Probate Officer may think fit until such infant has ceased to be an infant, at which period, and not before, probate of the will shall be granted to him, if he is of sound mind and not suffering from any legal disability and is will-ing to act.

The person to whom such administration is granted shall until such infant has ceased to be an infant have the same powers vested in him as if probate had been granted to him in his own right.
