Section 26
Any person who feels aggrieved by anything done by the Probate Officer in the exercise of his office as adminis-trator under any grant of letters of administration taken out by him under this Act, may apply for redress to the High
Court by summary petition certified upon oath, and the
Court may thereupon take such evidence as it thinks fit and make any order in relation to the matter which the justice of the case requires.
