Section 4
(1)
All officers of the Anti-Corruption Bureau shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code (Chapter 22).
(2)
A certificate of appointment signed by the Director shall be issued to every officer of the Anti-Corruption Bureau and shall be evidence of his appointment under this Act.
