Section 26

Any postal article sent by post in contravention of the provisions of section 21 may, under the authority of the Postmaster General, if necessary, be opened and destroyed.

Any postal article sent by post in contravention of the provisions of section 22(a), (b), (d) or (e) may, under the authority of the Postmaster

General, be destroyed or returned to the sender.

Any postal article sent by post in contravention of section 22(c)

shall be sent to the office of the Postmaster General and be dealt with as he may direct.
