-( 1)
The Chief Police Officer may, in his discre
tion, permit the Police Band to play at private functions.
(2)
The fees for full band performances shall be $100
for the first hour and $50 for each subsequent half-hour or fraction thereof.
(3)
No fee shall be charged where the Band performs at a public function, even if it is held in a private institution.
