Proceedings in the Orderly
Room shall be conducted by a Gazetted Officer.
(2)
In special cases and with the sanction of a Gazetted
Officer, an Inspector may record pleas and evidence on behalf 110
of a Gazetted Officer, but shall comply with paragraph (2) of regulation 60.
