Section 20
(1)
No poison shall be sold to any person under 18 years of age.
(2)
Any person contravening the provisions of this section is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $4,000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
(3)
It shall be a sufficient defence to any charge under subsection (1) that the person charged had reasonable cause to believe that the person to whom such sale was made was above the age of 18 years.
