Upon the application by petition of any person mak-ing claim to any moneys deposited under section 11, the

High Court may in a summary way at the cost of the person giving notice under section 6, and after such notice as the

Court may deem fit and to such person or persons as the

Court shall direct, order distribution and payment of such
