Section 6
(1)
The Registrar shall keep and maintain a register of persons with disabilities, which shall be in such form as the Minister may determine and shall contain the names and addresses, and such other particulars, if any, as the Minister may determine, of all persons with disabilities who are registered therein.

Without prejudice to the provisions of subsection (1), the register shall contain details of every case or suspected case of abuse or neglect suffered by a person with disabilities registered therein.
