Section 30
No action, suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against —
(a)
the Registrar or Deputy Registrar;
(b)
any police officer; or
(c)
any authorised officer lawfully acting on behalf of the
Minister, in respect of any act done or omission by him in good faith in the discharge of his duties under this Act.
