Section 29
(1)
Except for any of the purposes of this Act and for the purposes of any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law, no person shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties in pursuance of this Act.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
