Section 8
For the purposes of the Order, any document which requires verification shall be verified-
(a)
by an appropriate official in the country or territory or part thereof in which that document originates;
(b)
by a notary public;
{c)
by a director, manager, partner, trustee or secretary of the fund in question; or
{d) by a director, secretary or authorised officer of the trust corporation associated with the fund, as the Authority may consider appropriate and acceptable.
